After many years of working in corporate positions, I wanted to do something more meaningful.  I decided to become an Eldercare Manager after years of taking care of my own parents.  During the past 3+ years, I have addressed every detail of my parents’ healthcare, which included major and minor surgeries and treatments for ongoing illnesses.

The challenges of gathering information from medical personnel, addressing insurance coverage and claims, arranging help at home, obtaining medical equipment, organizing prescriptions and obtaining financial assistance for expensive medications were just some of the many experiences which required careful handling.  In fact, I realized that I was only able to accomplish all of these tasks because I had taken time off from my full-time corporate job.  Proper Eldercare Management often requires a great deal of time and dedication that many family members simply cannot manage.

It is because of this personal experience that I am able to help others navigate the complicated and often frustrating path of senior healthcare.  I treat every client as if they are my own parent or family member. I believe that Eldercare Management doesn’t just require knowledge and the appropriate skills, but the heart to empathize and understand the plight of family caregivers and their loved ones.  I am prepared and qualified to help
handle the medical, financial and emotional challenges unique to an aging adult.
